       CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Aero-dance - This choreographed aerobic dance class is for those wanting challenging foot patterns.  Swing, Latin, country, big band and more with cha chas, charlestons, polkas, etc.  No abdominal or weight work - just great dancing!  All fitness levels are welcome.

Body Sculpt(Lynn) - An effective and dynamic total body workout designed to increase muscular strength and endurance.  A resistance training class using free weights, tubing and stability balls; some cardio included.  For advanced and intermediate fitness levels.

Body Sculpt - Work all major muscles groups using using a variety of weights, tubing, stability balls and Bosu Ball. Includes a warm-up and ab work.  All fitness levels welcome.

Muscles in Motion - A great intro to group strengthening, this class focuses on both upper and lower body muscle groups utilizing bands, tubes, weights and stability balls.  Geared toward the beginner and/or active older adult. 

Muscle Strength - This class will develop muscular strength and endurance through a challenging workout using dumbbells, tubes, bands, and your own body weight for resistance.  Check it out! All fitness levels welcome.

Step N' Sculpt - An intense cardio workout with basic step aerobics choreography followed by total body sculpting exercises.  All fitness levels welcome.

Pilate’s - Targeting core muscle groups this class focuses on strength, flexibility and fluid movements through controlled exercise.  All fitness levels welcome.

Yoga - Flow and breathe; stretch and strengthen.  A great class for quieting your mind and releasing stress while stretching and strengthening your body.  All fitness levels welcome.

Variety - You'll get a great cardio and weight training workout in this class which may include step, hi-lo, cardio kickboxing and sports drills.  All fitness levels welcome.

Kickboxing N' Sculpt- Get a great cardio workout while you kick, jab and punch your way to a sweat!  All fitness levels are welcome.

Core N' More - This fun class will leave you feeling energized!! Strengthen your balance and core with this mid-week workout.  Some cardio included.  All fitness levels welcome.

Plyo Power - Focusing on proper form and rhythm instead of explosiveness and speed, this class will help you build a stronger, leaner body as you sculpt your legs and core, gain better coordination, increase strength and endurance while keeping your heart rate elevated.  All fitness levels welcome.

Zumba+ - Latin-based dance styles (meringue, salsa, mambo and more) mixed with low impact aerobics and a line dance or two make burning calories easy and fun.  All fitness levels welcome.

Spin - Time to sweat while experiencing a variety of rides; endurance, strength, intervals, hills, and race day; flats and/or hills.  All fitness levels welcome.  Note: Spin membership required to participate $6/class, $15/month unlimited classes.

Intro to Spin - In this class, FIRST TIME spinners will learn how to set up their bike along with proper hand and body positioning.  You'll then take a ride to motiviating music as the instructor guides you through an easy-to-follow pace with a stretch at the end.  You'll gain the confidence and experience you need to participate in one of the regular spin classes and before long you'll be a spinning pro! This class is offered the 3rd Friday of each month.

Plyo Power Express - This is the same great class compacted into 45 minutes.  All fitness levels welcome.

Advanced Plyo Power - (class fee $4) - Not for the beginner Plyo Power participant this class takes Plyo Power to the next level for a greater challenge.

Core Express - This core training class introduces a broad series of ball exercises to condition and tone the entire body using the stability ball, light weights, bands, etc....This class includes a leveling system that helps the beginner adapt safely to working out, yet can challenge even the most advanced exerciser.  The focus is on strength, posture and balance exercises that challenge the core muscles as well as numerous exercises to work the entire body.  All fitness levels welcome.
