Kids Club is an adult-supervized child care service provided for the legal children of TFZ members. Kids Clun offers quality care and stimulating play activities for children in a safe and pleasant environment.

Hours of Operation

Monday - Thursday: 9:00am to 1:00pm and 4:00pm to 7:00pm
Friday: 9:00am to 1:00pm only
Saturday: 9:00am to Noon

Maximum usage is 2 hours per visit.
For Member's children ages 6 months to 12 years. Reservations must be made for children less than 1 year old.

POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

In order to best serve members, we ask for your cooperating in the following few basic guidelines. If at any time you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact the Club.

Please sign your child(ren) in and out each day.
Please do not us Kid's Club if your child is ill or has a communicable disease.
Peanut snacks, gum and candy are not allowed. Please bring dry snacks such as pretzels, gold fish, etc. that are easy to clean up.
Kid's club services are provided for legal children of members only. We are unable to accommodate children whom members are baby sitting or your child's friends or relatives.
Staff does not change diapers or administrator medications. Parents will be notified if a child's diaper needs to be changed.
Please bring your child to the bathroom before you workout

A parent may be summoned to pick up their child for any of the following reasons:

10 - 15 minutes of continuous crying .
Child is ill, has a fever or shows cold symptoms.
Usage extends 2-hour limit.
Kid's club has closed.

If a child shows disruptive or aggressive behavior, a time out will be implemented by the Staff in an attempt to calm the child. A time out entails having the child sit on a chair separated from the rest of the group. The Staff member will explain to the child which behavior is inappropriate. The parent will be notified of the behavior. TFZ reserves the right to restrict a child from the program should the behavior continue.

Children will only be release to the parent who signed them in or a spouse who is also a member.
